40 openings for the NSC Songwriter Development Program
The newly formed, Nashville Songwriters' Co-op, a joint venture of Tunesmith Media and 2009 Grammy Winning Publisher, Ash Street Enterprises. LLC are announcing 40 openings for a 6 month songwriter development program. Write onsite in Nashville at Ash Street. Get introduced to hit songwriters and have co-writes arranged. Take advantage of the many song showcase opportunites, the in-house recording studio and the one on one mentoring from Ash Street staff. Have 2 regular shceduled pitch sessions a month and if your writing great stuff you could end up with a single song contract and having your songs pitched to major labels.
The process to get in is tough, you must submit your best three songs, one uptempo, one ballad and at least one song has got to be a song you wrote by yourself.
We will help you get sponsors from your local area to pay your expenses such as the tuition, travel and room and board costs while your in Nashville. We will send press releases regarding your acceptence to the program which is a tremendous honor, we will schedule interviews with your local radio stations and talk about the depth of the program you qualified for etc. We will do everything possible to help you afford to attend IF you pass the audition process. EVERYONE has to apply there are NO pre-approved slots, everyone goes thru the same door in the same way. NO this is not just for country music! It is open to ALL music genres!
The 50.00 application fee is make sure we can have our whole team listen and judge you on your readiness for a program like this one. You will recieve a 50.00 voucher to one of our monthly NSC events beginning this September.
