Hey! My name is Greg Shields and thank you very much for stopping by! Im a singer/songwriter from the Charlotte/Metro area in NC. I'm a Christian and try everyday to glorify God with my life. I don't always succeed, I guess thats the human in me, but God is good and has blessed me more than I ever deserved. I work full time as a Paramedic, one of the coolest professions in the world! Ive been married 3 years to the most wonderful woman Ive ever met and we live with our 2 cats Marcus and Walter, and our dog Riley. Aside from music I love being active and I'm big into anything thats physically challenging or fitness related a la running, mountain biking, weight lifting, tennis, P90X, Insanity, etc.  I believe its our responsibility to take care of the body that God gives us and our priveledge to push it to the max.  Keeps you young too!   

Ive been a musician and songwriter for most my life. I've been recording and producing for about 10 years, mostly doing my own stuff but occasionally a project here and there for other artists. I played in christian rock bands from highschool into my mid 20s, but started focusing on marketing myself as a songwriter in 2008. I love to write and record music, at times it totally consumes me, ask my wife. She loves me anyway though.  I love the life God has blessed me with and I am eager to see what He has in store for me.  Whether its writing, performing, producing or all three, I'm ready to run through any doors He chooses to open for me.  My prayer is that no matter what happens, I will always remain true to my faith and never take for granted the gifts God has given me and to always use them glorify Him and spread the love of Jesus Christ with the world around me.  Anyway, thats a brief run down on who I am and what Im doing here.
