My name is Jolene. I've been married for 23 years, and everyone thought it wouldn't last a week, ha ha, the joke is on them. I live in Louisville Kentucky where I'm currently trying to raise a Bloodhound pup into adulthood. A venture that is not going so well. I'm hoping to train her in the search and rescue program, but it's a long time coming.
There's not much to say about myself, except, I've written a couple of books and had the pleasure of co-writing a couple of songs with my 'great' friend Reba. Rebanot as a lot of you know her by, a regular on Tunesmith.
I have great respect for every songwriter. Especially Reba, I've read through two binders of the songs she has written, and I love them all!! She never ceases to amaze me:) My current favorite of hers "She's not the only one who's lost" written about her mother, who was sick.
I hope to one day, get the chance to write another song with her, until then, I will be happy with what we wrote together, and be proud of what was accomplished.
