This month is exactly two years ago
that I met Gary "Brotherman" Branchaud. Not only one of the most
talented bass players on the planet but also one of the coolest cats on
earth! I have had the honor and the blessing of doing many many shows
with Gary and more importantly, we have had some wonderful times
together as friends. One of the best and many gifts that The Lord so
graciously bestowed upon me when I moved to Nashville is… Continue

It is my honor and a
blessing to do anything I can to raise attention and recognition to the
greatness of the Children's Shriners Hospitals. The Shriners Clowns
work tirelessly year round to perfect their show and do such a
wonderful job. It is my humble honor to accept their invitation to be
their Princess for the 2010 Shriners Circus of Nashville.…

Oh what a night! Last night I was
blessed in being a part of the Marion James Nashville Annual Blues
Reunion. As the great Bobby Hebb recently passed away his wonderful
family attended and we made the evening in remembrance of his great
work and contribution not only to the world of blues but also to
American Music. Last night was a time for us to honor in remembrance so
many great musicians, performers and writers… Continue

Someone once said, "If
your not too worried about your image, I guess you could always go into
Country Music." In my most humble opinion, being a Nashville Country
Music Artist, nothing could be farther from the truth. Country Music
Fans, Musicians, Writers and Artists are just as well aware of what
looks healthy, beautiful and vivacious as are the rest of the people on
this planet. For those people that do not enjoy… Continue

Last night I had the
honor and the privilege of performing with The Nashtones at the
University of the South in Sewanee, Tn. The occasion was a writers
symposium and it was so much fun. The people were lovely and had such a
great time. Everyone did a lot of dancing, laughing and memory making.
This is the second time I have had the pleasure of performing at this
event. I look forward to returning next year.… Continue

Both of my parents had very little
education and therefore, making a living to support a family was a very
difficult situation for my Father to say the least. We were a family of
six and times were very lean. At the age of 10 we moved to the state of
Oregon. It was a beautiful State and the people there were very nice.
It was at that age that I began to notice that I was the girl with the
bucked teeth, messy hair and wrinkled… Continue

I have what I call an "Opry Dad."
That would be the one and only Snuffy Smith. For those of you who do
not know who he is, he was Brenda Lee's bass player in the band called
The Casuals. He also worked with Tex Ritter, John Ritters Father and
also toured with Little Jimmy Dickens of The Grand Ol Opry just to
mention a few of his many, many credits. About two years ago Snuffy and
I met. Neither of our lives have ever been the same.… Continue

As the Fourth of July
approaches I can't help but lift my hands to The Lord and give thanks
for this Great Great Country of ours. I am so grateful and blessed to
be a part of this great family we call America! Though we are not a
perfect Country nor do we have a perfect Government, we are a Country
that stands strong for Freedom. That is one of the many reasons that I
love the Fourth of July so much. We fought for and won… Continue
